Whether you need 2D flat laser cutting or 3D tube laser cutting, we maintain the equipment to complete either task. Offering improved efficiency over band saws and torching, these machines provide precise accuracy when cutting tubes, sheet metal and other materials in square or round formats with the following cutting services.

• Plasma cutting: Our team also uses CNC plasma cutting with a Hypertherm XPR 300 power source and an optional water mist feature that eliminates edge burns on stainless steel and aluminum products. Using this service gives you access to our CAD design and high-quality cutting capabilities with a quick turnaround time.
• 2D flat laser cutting:  Our flat laser services use a PBZ 3D tube laser offering benefits like .005-inch accuracy on most products, the ability to scale up on operations, extensive finishing to suit your project needs and consistency you can rely on.
• 3D tube laser cutting: 3D tube laser cutting is the answer to lower lead times while maintaining cutting quality. It delivers consistency from the first to the 100th cut and accuracy within .005 inches on most steel products.

PBZ offers custom tube bending services, including compression and mandrel bending, spiral, rotary draw, roll and push bending. Forming pipes at unique angles requires a well-calibrated machine capable of operating under a range of capabilities. Using a Horn Machines CNC Tube Bender, we meet draw and roll bend up to 2 and three-eighths-inches round tubing and 2-inch square tubing.

Part of our one-stop approach to resourceful manufacturing is offering welding services that support your project’s specifications.

• MIG and TIG welding: We offer MIG and TIG welding. MIG is fast and efficient, making it an excellent choice for large-scale productions, whereas TIG is slower and works with great precision on intricate projects.
• Robotic welding: Using a 48-by-90-inch live table platform, our robotic welding machines can assemble and create pieces up to 1,000 pounds. We also offer stacked dime and weaving services and the ability to adjust the weld to fit your project’s needs.

PBZ uses advanced metal forming and pressing tools to bend plate and sheet materials to your specifications. We form specific designs by feeding sheet metal through a 235-ton AccurPress Brake with a CNC back gauge. Using several different dies and punches, we work on various metals, such as stainless steel and aluminum.
