Andy Weaver is a husband of over 20 years and father of three hailing from Lititz, Pennsylvania, where he’s lived all his life. He is a family man with a passion for problem-solving in the powder coating and manufacturing industry. Andy has worked in business-to-business (B2B) sales for over 20 years, making him a skilled and knowledgeable source in his field.
Andy began working for PBZ Manufacturing in 2016 after spending two years working for our sister company, Keystone Koating. One of his favorite aspects of the job is working with potential and existing customers to pinpoint their concerns and offer the best solutions. He also enjoys working alongside the PBZ team, collaborating with other professionals to create next-level solutions that help businesses improve their products and increase efficiency.
